Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the RAS Flow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

RAS Flow is a business management platform that provides CRM, document generation, payment processing, AI-powered automation, and client portal features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include free and paid tiers.

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload, create, or store on RAS Flow ("Your Data"). This includes contacts, documents, communications, and any other business information.

• We do not claim ownership of Your Data
• We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process the data you add to the platform
• You can export or delete Your Data at any time through the platform or by contacting support

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation (proposals, emails, document text). Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI output is generated based on your instructions and data
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice

For paid features and subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms of service
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for refund requests

When you use RAS Flow to send invoices or collect payments from your clients:

• You are the merchant of record for transactions with your clients
• RAS Flow facilitates payment processing but is not a party to the transaction between you and your clients
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, refunds, and disputes with your clients

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience unplanned downtime due to circumstances beyond our control
• Modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RAS Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

The white-label features provided to your organization are licensed for your use within the platform only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAS Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAS Flow and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create, store, or distribute through the Service

Either party may terminate the account at any time:

• You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible
• Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days
• After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
